The Imperfect Me

I don't know how obvious it is but I've been photoshopping my pictures. I put filters over them so it feels like people are looking at me through plastic. I was going to put an autumn type filter over these that made them look lovely like something out of The Lady of Shalott by Waterhouse. But looking at them I didn't feel happy about them like I would have if the scene had actually looked like that. These are not as pretty but I like them more. I won't get better at photography if I rely on computer manipulation.

So here I am in all my blemished imperfect glory for the first time. And from now on my pictures will be just as I took them (especially now my free photoshop trial has just run out.)
